SHIPPING: All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing time, so there is chance of there being a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at contact@theroyalshell.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. When doing so, please provide the order number and name used for the order.
